Grounded As Fuck is a spiritual mineral bath created for those moments when your energy feels scattered, heavy, overstimulated, or simply pulled in too many directions. This is a grounding bath first—made to help you slow down, settle your spirit, quiet the mental noise, and reconnect with yourself and the earth beneath you.

Unlike some of our more aggressive cleansing and protection baths, Grounded As Fuck is intentionally gentler. It combines grounding, peace, clarity, spiritual rest, and protection in one ritual—helping you release stagnant energy without feeling spiritually stripped afterward. The intention is to leave you feeling centered, clear, protected, peaceful, and back in your own energy.

Use it when you’ve been overwhelmed, emotionally drained, mentally scattered, moving through transition, doing heavy spiritual work, or simply need to root yourself before deciding what comes next.

How to Use: Shower and cleanse your physical body first. Add the bath to warm water and soak with intention, or prepare it as a spiritual rinse for shower use. This bath may be divided and worked for 3 consecutive days, or you may use the full bath for one deeper ritual experience. Pray over your water, release what has been weighing on you, and allow yourself to become still.
